Produced exclusively for Village Hotels, all our beds and mattresses feature the unique Sealy Posture Tech Spring system... designed in co-operation with some of the world's leading orthopaedic surgeons.

When you first lay on a Sealy Village bed, the initial pressure on the "Posturetech Coils" provides a softer feel, that gradually gets firmer as the pressure from your body increases.

The border rod edging provides "Edge 2 Edge" support across the total sleeping area, preventing roll off, and actually giving a larger sleeping surface than a normal mattress of the same size.

The patented "offset" coil design with positive hinging action allows springs to follow the contours of the sleeper's body, and with a smaller diameter spring, the comfort life of the mattress is dramatically enhanced.

All mattresses have a luxurious micro-quilted finish and tape edging and come complete with a pillow top mat for added convenience and comfort.

For additional convenience, they are non-turn, and merely require rotating on an occasional basis (see care instructions).

The Sealy Village Collection beds have a high specification board top base helping to provide a more supportive sleeping surface. The special base is available on both standard double beds (4ft 6"/135cms) and king size beds (5ft/150cms)

On a purely practical basis, we would not recommend that anyone buys a bed or mattress without having tried it first, as people's expectations of what makes a comfortable bed can vary enormously.
