Once I place my order, what happens next?
The order will be passed to Sealy to be processed. One of their home delivery agents will be in contact
to arrange a suitable time and date to deliver your bed(s). You will receive an email once the order has
been placed with your reference number on it and contact details if you have a problem. In most cases your
bed will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks.
Who are Sealy?
Sealy are one of the UKs biggest bed manufacturers and have been making high quality beds and mattresses in
the UK for over 30 years. They operate under licence from Sealy in the United States and have access to technical

Why did Village Hotels decide to work with Sealy on their new range of beds?
At Village Hotels we realise how important a good nights sleep is to our guests. We were particularly keen
to work with Sealy on our new beds, because of the technologically advanced systems they employ to make a bed
that is not only comfortable, but gives full orthopaedic support to the body.
The new Sealy Village Collection beds and mattresses have been specifically designed to that end for us.
What sort of guarantee and warranty can I expect if I buy a Sealy Village Collection bed?
There is a separate section on this site that gives all the guarantee, warranty,
and care and assembly instructions.
Can I buy directly from Sealy?
No Sealy do not sell directly to the public, only through their normal, nominated retailers. The Sealy Village Collection
bed is exclusive to Village Hotels and can only be bought from us online.
Is there any restriction on the number of beds you can buy?
No, as long as you have already slept on a Sealy Village Collection bed, there is no restriction on the number of beds
or mattresses you can buy.
Is it safe to buy online?
Perfectly safe, our online secure trading facility protects your details and credit card number.
Will my details be passed to any other company?
In a word, no. We will not share your details with anyone.
